LCP UndercarriagePoten van 3 mm gepoedercoat staal. Verkrijgbaar in 3 breedtes (320,420,620 mm) en 3 verschillende hoogtes (low 640-800mm, medium 801-1100mm, high 1101-1700mm)
Transportbanden zijn mechanisch verbonden door een verbindingsbeugel die zorgt voor de juiste afstand en de uitlijning van de transportbanden. De verbindingsbeugels worden op de poten gemonteerd. LCP BridgeThe LCP Transition for the LCP with built-in rollers ensures a smooth transfer between LCP conveyors. Available in 3 different widths (320, 420, 620 mm)
The LCP transitions are supplied with rollers of Ø40, which create a small transfer gap between the conveyor belts. The bridge for conveyor belts makes it possible to reduce the gap between the conveyor belts transfer smaller items. The bridge can be ordered separately and is mounted on the conveyor belts. LCP Side guide (height adjustable)There are two different types of side guides that keep the transport goods on the conveyor belt during transport. The number of brackets required to fix the side guides depends on the conveyor belt length. LCP conveyor belts can have adjustable side guides. The side guides are vertical and adjustable horizontal direction. They keep the goods on the belt. The side guides are mounted on the frame with adjustable side guide brackets. The side guides can be attached to each other using a side guide holder. This holder is optional and can be ordered separately. The fixed side guides are mounted on the frame with fixed side guide brackets. The guides are attached to the width of the conveyor belt and have a fixed height of 30 mm.

LCP Transfer Conveyor (Plug & Play)

The Transfer Conveyor is part of the Interroll LCP drive system for transporting goods in light industrial applications. The Interroll LCP Transfer Conveyor Belt is available in a combination of three widths and one length. With the transfer you create an angle of 90º. The base frame of the conveyor belt consists of steel profiles with adjustable feet. As a result, the dimensions of the transfer to adjacent modules are variably adjustable and the module can be adjusted for unevenness in the floor.
