Roller conveyor with 24/48 V DC drive

The DC roller conveyor enables pressureless accumulated transport of general cargo by means of a controller. Each zone is powered by a RollerDrive EC5000 connected to a fixed number of follower rollers via PolyVee belts.

The DC roller conveyor bends change the conveying direction of the conveyed material. The tapered rollers maintain the alignment of the conveyed material between the side frames. A control system allows accumulation transport without pressure. Each zone is powered by a RollerDrive that is connected via round belts to a fixed number of follower rollers.

For connecting side roller conveyors to a main conveyor at an angle of 30° or 45°. This can be used to divert material from the web, e.g. with HPD (High Performance Divert), or feeding it on the track.
